We may have had the hottest summer to date, and the boiler may have been the last thing on our mind, however we have been busy gearing up ready to launch our bespoke web application for J Wilson Plumbing & Heating.
J Wilson Plumbing & Heating have enjoyed growing their successful business, in turn expanding their skilled workforce, and as such, the administration that goes on behind the scenes is rapidly growing too. This is where 23ccc have stepped in, creating the systems required to keep track of the day-to-day running of the business.
The application manages the administration and accountancy of the business, so that jobs can be logged and tracked from when they are booked, right through to the invoicing stages, as the system seamlessly links into their accounts package.
The web app has both login areas for the administrative team and the engineers, together with their commercial customers, enabling them to log and track jobs in real time.
